Wow! For my birthday, I just didn't get a cake; I got a cake with a full 3-D bicycle rolling down some boulders.  Quite how this was made I have no idea, the detail and intricacy of the decoration was outstanding, even down to a chain and rear cassette!  Amazing, extraordinary, awesome!!!
